Spirit Sticks Traditionally Native Americans kept a Spirit Stick by the entrance to their tepee to only allow the good energies in. Nowadays they are kept in the hall by the front door to bring protection from negative energies entering our homes. All my Spirit Sticks are made using cuttings from one of my sacred meditation trees that sit by my pond and are visited on a daily basis from the local wildlife instilling each branch with wonderful Nature Energies.
